Setting up Out Of Office

From going on vacation to leaving the company, RevOps’s out of office feature has got you covered. When a RevOps user is marked as out of office, we will automatically reassign any deals using that user as the countersigner to another fallback user. ‍ Signature reassignment will happen once all buyers have signed the agreement. Deals that have business first signature enabled will need to have countersigners manually changed during Out of Office periods. ‍

Setting yourself as Out Of Office

To set yourself as Out Of Office, navigate to your User Profile settings and locate the section titled “Out Of Office”. ‍

Out of Office section on User profile ‍ To enable out of office, you’ll need to select a start date, end date, and fallback user who will be responsible for taking over your duties while you’re gone. Only users who have the admin, deal desk manager, or sales manager roles may be selected as a fallback user. The end date field is optional in case you will not be returning to your organization. ‍

Setting another user in your organization as Out Of Office

If you are an organization administrator, then you may configure out of office for any user in your organization. First, navigate to the user management page (Settings → Users) and locate the user that you would like to configure. ‍

Users list ‍ Select “Edit” to go to the user setting page and find the section labeled “Out Of Office”. ‍

To enable out of office, you’ll need to specify the start date, end date, and fallback user. Only users who have the admin, deal desk manager, or sales manager roles may be selected as a fallback user. The end date field is optional in case the user will not be returning to your organization.
