The weather's not the only thing heating up around here. At RevOps, we're excited to share our hottest new releases with you!

Dynamic Contract Dates

Dates on Order Forms are ever-changing. In some cases, you'll know the exact service start date. However, perhaps you want to use the date of your customer's signature or the date when the originating agreement ends instead.

Introducing Dynamic Dates!

With dynamic dates, you can now choose whether the date is:

  • one that your Sales team will select when creating the deal,
  • the date of your customer's signature
  • or a date stored and imported from your CRM (currently supported for Salesforce only)

This feature has now been released in Beta. Sign up here if you're interested.

Terms Marked as 'Approval Required'

We've made some changes to terms marked as "Approval Required" to help speed up your deal approval process.

Now, terms will only require approval when:

  • the term was not part of the standard template and is added to the deal,
  • or if the term is part of the standard template, but the default value or term language has been updated.

Otherwise, terms marked as approval required but not changed from the standard template will be auto-approved.

Terms marked as auto-approval will always be approved regardless of whether changes have been made.

User Management Portal

Our new User Management portal has gotten a huge makeover. It will now show you the users you've added to your RevOps account and the number of free and licensed users associated with your account.

We hope this will make it easier for you to manage your account and stay on top of the roles and status of your Users.

Bug Fixes

  • Counter Signers will now only receive a "Ready to Sign" email when more than one customer signer and all customer signers have completed signing.
  • Fixed a bug where discount SKUs were created as a "fee."
  • Fixed paragraph breaks in term language when term labels were not being used.
  • The PDF copy of your agreement will now print any values you input into any "Editable by Signer" field.
  • Contract lengths can only be positive numbers, and an error will be displayed if a negative number is inputted.
